Application

SMG rapid mixer granulator is one of the ordinary process equipment which is widely adopt in solid dosage production for mixing, granulating and milling in pharmaceutical industries, and it also can be used in chemical,food industries etc.

Design features

• Processing vessel in a conical form and rounded corner bottom to ensure good product movement and easy to clean.
• Lid swiveled-open, sealing with food grade silicon rubber gasket.
• On the lid, there is one Sight glass with wiper and another for lightning, and a breather system to assist product transfer.
• Mixer and chopper with compound mechanical seal and air purging to avoid cross contamination.
• Reliable earthing and interlock system to secure equipment and people safety.
• PLC control with frequency convertor to adjust the speed of mixer and chopper.
• Graphical HMI shows all analogue & digital inputs and outputs, process data can be set,stored and printed.
• Recipe management, reproducible process end point monitoring system for optional.
• build line with JG FBD can greatly increase work efficiency, and products transfer from rapid mixer granulator to FBD in a dust-free and closed way by negative pressure generated in FBD
• Pressure binder charging or peristaltic pump binder charging for option.
• WIP online washing for option.
